With extensive experience in developing high-end eLearning courses and resources for financial management in the Judiciary, I have collaborated closely with senior financial officers and court staff to revise courses and implement evaluation strategies that measure training effectiveness and impact. I have designed and developed six flipbooks for the Department of Energy (DOE) Human Capital Office and crafted 508 compliance Storyline courses for various Department of Labor projects. My work includes producing engaging multimedia microlearning solutions incorporating AI avatars (Synthesia). Additionally, I have trained faculty on using ViewSonic devices for remote, blended, and asynchronous settings, developed comprehensive curricula for the World Languages Department, and partnered with experts to refine training tools and assessments via Blackbaud’s LMS. My experience also includes evaluating existing curricula, negotiating contracts for quality training resources, setting language proficiency standards for international language exchange programs, and developing content for the company's LMS, leveraging Google and Microsoft suites for seamless integration.
