Our organization is more than just a program, it's a movement to inspire young girls to be the trailblazers of tomorrow. Our team is dedicated to empowering girls and young women to become the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and change makers. We understand the importance of catching them early, as this is the critical age range when girls often lose interest in science and technology. Through our program, we offer girls the tools, knowledge, and support they need to become leaders in their field.
Fundación Misión Ecuador is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through education, leadership, and innovation. Founded in 2016, Misión Ecuador provides fully funded fellowships that equip participants with the skills, mentorship, and networks necessary to build sustainable businesses, create jobs, and drive social impact in their communities. Originally launched as a response to Ecuador’s 2016 earthquake, the foundation has since evolved into a nationwide and internationally recognized program that has transformed the lives of entrepreneurs, small business owners, and changemakers across multiple industries and regions. Through partnerships with public institutions, private sector leaders, and multilateral organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), universities, and business incubators, Misión Ecuador has become a catalyst for sustainable economic development in Latin America. Misión Ecuador is building the next generation of Latin American entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, economic growth, and sustainable impact.
Musa is an innovative educational initiative that leverages a conversational learning methodology delivered through WhatsApp. Founded with the aim of democratizing access to education, Musa focuses on reaching individuals in marginalized communities who face barriers to traditional learning. The platform's unique blend of microlearning, behavioral science, and a conversational experience is designed to cater to users with limited access to formal education, basic smartphones, and a preference for prepaid data plans. By meeting learners where they are in terms of technology and learning readiness, Musa provides an engaging and practical training experience. The platform's impact extends beyond just skill acquisition, fostering confidence and self-efficacy among its users. With a mission to empower individuals and contribute to community development, Musa is making strides in reshaping education accessibility.
