Allison Silva Silva is a Systems Engineer with a Master’s in Information Systems Management and a specialist in Information Technologies. A visionary leader, she is Co-Founder and CEO of Fundación Emprender Futuro, driving entrepreneurship, leadership, education, technology, and gender equity in Bolivia, and Co-Founder of Eressea Solutions SRL, a tech solutions firm. With a career dedicated to innovation and social impact, she has empowered over 20,000 entrepreneurs through capacity-building programs, awarded 12 international scholarships, and trained 1,000+ young women in tech and leadership via her Mujeres 360 Program.

Recognized globally, she is a 2024 Distinguished Humphrey Fellow (U.S.), a 2020 GCL Impact Awardee (Georgetown University), an alumna of Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership for the 21st Century, and an Ashoka Fellow. She further contributes to Bolivia’s tech landscape as co-author of the annual report "Mapping the Digital Technology Ecosystem in Bolivia" (since 2019).
