Leadership exCHANGE Institute host 3 four week programs during the summer in Panama, Rome and Prague. Also 2 week programs in specific topics such as Women Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship and Peace and conflict resolution. We are partnering hosting in Panama the Global Leadership Program (summer) and the Women as Change Agent Program (march) All this programs combines: university courses (Leadership and Organizational Change, Social Entrepreneurship and Politics in Development Areas) with cultural activities and community service. It brings students from around the world creating a global network of leaders and global citizens.
