Objectives

Misión Ecuador aims to: ✅ Empower entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and mentorship needed to scale their businesses. ✅ Foster inclusive economic growth by helping small businesses become job creators. ✅ Promote sustainability and innovation, integrating bioeconomy, gender equity, and digital transformation. ✅ Expand regionally, transforming Misión Ecuador into a replicable model for Latin America.

Entrepreneurship & Leadership Fellowship – Intensive fully funded training covering business development, leadership, finance, innovation, and sustainability.

Mentorship & Business Acceleration – Connecting entrepreneurs with industry experts, investors, and policymakers.

Strategic Partnerships & Investment Access – Helping entrepreneurs formalize, expand, and secure funding.

Regional Specialization:

  • 📌 Misión Ecuador Manabí (2016): The first edition, launched in response to the 2016 earthquake, helping entrepreneurs rebuild businesses and foster economic recovery.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador Loja & Zamora Chinchipe (2019): Strengthened rural entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth in southern Ecuador.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador Manabí (2019): A second edition focused on scaling entrepreneurship in disaster-affected communities.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador National Online Edition (2020): The first hybrid model, training 350 entrepreneurs from across Ecuador.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador El Oro (2021): Aimed at boosting export-driven businesses and agro-industrial innovation.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador Azuay & Cañar (2021): Focused on digital transformation and high-value entrepreneurship.
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador – Wise Galápagos (2023): Trained 100 island-based entrepreneurs in sustainable tourism and innovation, supported by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
  • 📌 Misión Ecuador Amazonía (2024): Training 600 indigenous and rural entrepreneurs in bioeconomy and conservation-based business models.
