On October 22, 2019, Georgetown University's President John J. DeGioia and Latin American Board (LAB) members gathered at the Riggs Library to celebrate and honor the dedication and leadership of Mr. Samuel Lewis Navarro, LAB Chairman 2015-2019, and to welcome new LAB Chairman Manuel Balbontin.
